so I've stopped tracking the days... it's been about 2 weeks, and I'm down to 197.. woohoo...breakfast this morning, nectarine + leancuisine's chicken club panini, these are really good... not enough to be lunch, but breakfast definitely... lol...

I know I've been slacking off... and just because I've stopped updating, doesn't mean I've stopped eating, obviously... lol...

anyhoo, I'm sill working on a new game plan, my slow and steady isn't very good like I said a week ago, so I'm working on that. In the mean time, the only meal that's worth remembering, is the crawfish from this little place called, "claws" love it... lol

we got wings, 4lb under the sea bag, it was lovely!

Late start, Day 11




Day off again... worked 49 hours this week
watched an awful Chinese movie with Will last night, so didn't get to bed till about 3.30 got up around 11 to make Will and myself breakfast. Traditional Chinese breakfast --稀饭+小菜, 罗卜干,豆干

Need to head out and hunt for an AC unit, for the house, then maybe to the Toyota dealership?

End day 10 healthy dinner



Paul made an Eastern meets Western dinner, leftover chicken fried rice ingredients cooked in pasta sauce over white rice. Over looking the lack of seasoning part, it was good.

I haven't gained any weight, still sitting at 198... amazing... lol

Usually by this point, I'm either over this or discouraged or just have nothing to go on with, but I'm gonna get rid of all the usual negative thoughts, and stick with it.

maybe alter my methods a little, since I am way too easy on myself. Eating whatever I like, I'll be better.

Both Yelena and Anne seem to have stopped blogging their progress, I know everyone's busy, but come'on, take 2min out of your day and do this with me!!!

I had today off, so we saw Harry Potter, I ran errands, Had In'N'Out for dinner... lol... not the most healthy of choices, but it was good. besides, my aunt's visiting, so I'm already cranky and moody, so this is my treat.

Ah poop... I packed my breakfast and lunch but forgot to bring it with me.
I was running late out of the house, it's still on the table... ah poop....

We had Indonesian food yesterday, I dont think they eat anything green, everything was brown, fried with lots of grease... atleast I had Indonesian food.

Still hungry... lol




For some reason I'm extra hungry today... I had the cheerio around 10, ate my little bento around 12, and ate that sandwich at 4ish, and I'm hungry again, jeez.... well, actually I know when my aunt comes to visit, or is about to, I tend to get extra hungry, this must be a sign. Do you guys think I eat too much?

End Day 4



Quick update of the food I ate today

made lunch, healthy and yummy, saw Public Enemies, Johnny is hot as ever... had the taco trio for dinner, totally yummy.

Day 4

I had a fight with Paul and went crazy and ate way too much last night, I'm too ashamed to leave any photo evidence. Just know I'm deeply ashamed and am currently heading to the gym. I had some leftovers for breakfast today. So you can get an idea how much fat I have ingested. :(

Lunch Day 3



The veggie burger was quite good, satisfying, instead of fries, they give you fresh fruit, that's a good deal. most importantly, I dont feel like I need meat or fries. This is good.

Mid day blues

Watching the MJ tribute on my laptop, thinking about lunch.
I think I'm going to try Coco's mushroom veggie burger for lunch, only 560 calories
I understand as long as you watch your calorie intake you are bound to loose weight.
I just dont want to be all calorie watch crazy, I dont want to do anything extreme, no sweets, no soda, no cheese, no french fries, no steak, no this no that, it's just not going to work for me. I cant feel like I'm "not allowed" to have something, to me that would be torture, and in the end, I wouldn't be happy. Using a wise man's words, everything in moderation is the key.

This weight will come off, it'll just be long and slow, but the right way, the Sang way.

Good morning day 3


Today I will try to let nothing get me down!!

I know I shouldn't be weighing myself everyday, I just cant help it. I am down to 199 though my goodness. and we went out to play basketball Paul Will and I, that was fun and good exercise, who knew throwing around a ball would be so tiring.

Still didn't get to sleep at 12 and get up at 8, but still working on it!

Day 2 - dinner




I found this little Vietnam sandwich place, totally awesome, special sandwich for dinner. Quite satisfied actually, I ran around the store a bit so I didn't totally sit on my behind all day, thankgoodness, only 49min left then I can go home.

arg....

Being bored is horrible!!! I'm sitting here, bored again, and what do I think about, I'm hungry and need to eat some food, I KNOW I'm not hungry.
arg.... so frustrating, I'm bored...

Mid day 2




Lunch is served, el pollo loco, 2piece leg n thigh, cole slaw, Spanish rice.

This sleeping issue

It's really hard for me to go to bed around 11 and get up around 7.

I dont get off work untill 9, get home and unwind for a little bit, it'll be 10:30
then there is still a bunch of things to do, maybe I need to alter my game plan alittle.

I'll give the 12-8 sleeping schedule a try.

The issue of breakfast



Like millions of others out there, when I first get up I just dont feel like eating anything, if I do want to eat something, it'll have to be savory, I know, ewwww savory breakfast, but having three meals is important, and I know it's a little late today, but I'm having breakfast. honey bunches of oats + 2%milk + nectarine + pear.

Day 1



I classify as a minor success.

Couldn't find a Rubio on my way home, so made myself a salad, lettuce, bell pepper, tomatoes, and some leftover chicken. the dressing, soy+rice wine vinegar.
taste great.

I'm gonna go out for a short walk and hit the sack around 11.

Good night world.

Almost made it through day 1

It's 6 and I'm not terribly hungry.
I ate the entire box of food for lunch, note to self, dont wait till starving to eat, even if starving, dont inhale the food. lol...

I think I'll get a fiesta salad from Rubio on the way home
This weird schedule too. Hopefully someone gets hired for Pasadena soon
So I dont have to deal with this crap.


Finally got some food. looks and smells yummy. Lots of veggies and doesn't seem too fatty.

Game Plan

Now that I've calmed down a little.

I weighed myself last night, I currently stand at 201lb 5'1"
I'm not aiming high, just to loose 1lb/week. and once I have more energy
to do more exercise, I should aim a little higher.

but for now, I will simply watch what I eat,
I think my biggest problem is I used to eat not only when I get angry or sad or happy
but I eat because I'm bored. I will have to stop doing that!

Three meals a day, at regular hours, 8, 12, 6
If I miss a meal, I will not over eat at the next meal.

I will go to bed no later than 11:30 and get up no later than 7:30

Once I have this routine going, it should be a good message to send to my body, later I shall add on exercise.

Only getting worse

I just got screamed at work. At a point I thought he was going to punch me, his voice was so loud, and all the anger in his eyes.

This is soooo not worth it.


Still haven't eaten anything. NOT GOOD!

First day

First day so far SUCKED!!!

I did try to go to bed 11, but had the worst night of sleep in my life.
I woke up every hour on the hour.. lol

Finally couldn't take it anymore so got up at 4:30, made noodle to eat, and went back to bed at around 6. Didn't get out of bed until 8, because I had to cover another location that's about 45min away, showered and got in my car to drive to work.

No breakfast, no exercise, today's gonna be great.
Now I'm sitting here starving, staring at the Del Taco across the street, NEED FOOD.

Beginning


I've just had it!!! I honestly can not get any fatter. I dont recognize me anymore when looking at photographs now to even a year ago, I just keep buying clothes that's bigger and bigger, from a M to the XL now. I will do it for my health, no more excuses.

I believe a regular schdule is key, because I work all day from 10-9, the only time I have to work out a little would be before I head off to work. I will try to get up every morning no later than 7:30
get an hour of cardio, walking or on the eliptical machine, shower breakfast and head off to work.

I will record what I eat everyday
I will have breakfast at 8:30, Lunch at 12:00, and dinner at 6:00, go to bed no later than 11

That's the game plan for now, wish me luck!!!
