Beginning


I've just had it!!! I honestly can not get any fatter. I dont recognize me anymore when looking at photographs now to even a year ago, I just keep buying clothes that's bigger and bigger, from a M to the XL now. I will do it for my health, no more excuses.

I believe a regular schdule is key, because I work all day from 10-9, the only time I have to work out a little would be before I head off to work. I will try to get up every morning no later than 7:30
get an hour of cardio, walking or on the eliptical machine, shower breakfast and head off to work.

I will record what I eat everyday
I will have breakfast at 8:30, Lunch at 12:00, and dinner at 6:00, go to bed no later than 11

That's the game plan for now, wish me luck!!!
