Today I will try to let nothing get me down!!
I know I shouldn't be weighing myself everyday, I just cant help it. I am down to 199 though my goodness. and we went out to play basketball Paul Will and I, that was fun and good exercise, who knew throwing around a ball would be so tiring.
Still didn't get to sleep at 12 and get up at 8, but still working on it!
Breakfast, 2%milk+cheerios.
