Now that I've calmed down a little.
I weighed myself last night, I currently stand at 201lb 5'1"
I'm not aiming high, just to loose 1lb/week. and once I have more energy
to do more exercise, I should aim a little higher.
but for now, I will simply watch what I eat,
I think my biggest problem is I used to eat not only when I get angry or sad or happy
but I eat because I'm bored. I will have to stop doing that!
Three meals a day, at regular hours, 8, 12, 6
If I miss a meal, I will not over eat at the next meal.
I will go to bed no later than 11:30 and get up no later than 7:30
Once I have this routine going, it should be a good message to send to my body, later I shall add on exercise.

OH my god, you are SO much like me. I eat when I get emotional too, and when I get bored I eat so much. By the way, I wanted to tell you that I think you're beautiful anyway :D But I salute you on your goal and I am right there with you. The journey is always that much easier when two people are doing it :D
ReplyDeleteIt's actually better to have five small meals a day than three big ones. Keeps your metabolism going. But with your schedule, not sure how much you'll be able to do, but if you're hungry for a snack, snack on something protein-like if possible. That has helped me when i needed to loose 18 pounds asap. Did it in a month too.
